Living with anxiety or OCD can feel exhausting. Like your mind won’t stop running scenarios, replaying worries, or telling you that if you just do one more thing you’ll finally feel better. But the relief (if any) is short lasted. If this sounds familiar, you’re not alone. These experiences are incredibly common and highly treatable. Therapy can help you break free from cycles of anxiety and reconnect with what matters most.
I specialize in helping both teens and adults understand and manage anxiety and OCD in a way that brings more peace, confidence, and flexibility into everyday life.
