As a Registered Clinical Counsellor (#, my services may be covered under your extended health benefit plan. I am also a registered service provider with Autism BC.

I work with adolescents, parents, young adults, and neurodiverse individuals to overcome feelings of isolation, anxiety, and self-criticism so they can thrive in school, work, and relationships.

Navigating mental health can be a complex journey. If you or someone you love is experiencing anxiety, obsessive thoughts, parenting struggles, relationship issues, body image concerns, low mood, or self-harm, support is available.

I specialize in empathetic support for individuals and caregivers, with roots of Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy and drawing from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and experiential frameworks

Parent Coaching

Designed to empower parents in nurturing their youth's mental health. Through personalized guidance and evidence-based strategies, we help parents navigate the challenges of supporting their adolescent's emotional well-being. These sessions are highly influenced by EFFT and attachment based approaches.

Youth Counselling

We aim to provide a safe and supportive space for young individuals to navigate the challenges they face. We work with youth ages 13 and up. Youth counselling requires a component of caregiver involvement.

Adult Counselling

Personalized guidance for individuals navigating life's challenges. You can expect a safe and non-judgmental space for exploring thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. Our goal is to guide you towards alignment with your values, fostering peace, and empowering you to more fully engage with life.
