About Counselling

I’m grateful you’re here and open to seeing if this space and approach feel supportive to you. I believe therapy can be a powerful space to reconnect with yourself, with gentleness, curiosity, and intention.

My work is rooted in a trauma-informed, experiential foundation that supports meaningful and lasting change. I draw from Accelerated Experiential Dynamic Psychotherapy (AEDP), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Internal Family Systems (IFS), and somatic-based practices. Together, these frameworks help guide our exploration into emotions, internal conflicts, and the parts of you that may be stuck in patterns of protection, fear, or overwhelm.

Therapy with me goes beyond surface-level conversation. While we’ll talk, we’ll also slow down and pay attention to the internal experience—your body, emotions, and emerging themes—all held within the safety of a trusting therapeutic relationship. My goal is to help you feel more connected to your core self and to make choices that feel aligned and embodied.

I bring a warm, collaborative, and grounded presence to our sessions. I aim to offer a space that balances depth and safety, where we can hold both the struggle and the possibility of change.

Scheduling & Commitment

I recommend weekly sessions to begin, especially during our first month together. This consistency helps build the trust and momentum that allow deeper work to unfold and ensures that our work stays connected to your goals and healing process.

That said, I understand that life isn’t always predictable and we can explore a bi-weekly schedule after our initial work together. Therapy is a commitment to yourself and I’m here to meet you with care, flexibility, and presence.

Parent Coaching
Designed to empower parents in nurturing their youth's mental health. Through personalized guidance and evidence-based strategies, we help parents navigate the challenges of supporting their adolescent's emotional well-being. These sessions are highly influenced by EFFT and attachment based approaches.
Youth Counselling
I aim to provide a safe and supportive space for young individuals to navigate the challenges they face. I work with youth ages 13 and up. Youth counselling requires a component of caregiver involvement.
Adult Counselling
Personalized guidance for individuals navigating life's challenges. You can expect a safe and non-judgmental space for exploring thoughts, emotions, and behaviours. My goal is to guide you towards alignment with your values, fostering peace, and empowering you to more fully engage with life.
